Ol Pejeta Conservancy Tour.
Your Ol Pejeta safari adventure begins with a departure from Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park, a 4-5 hour drive. Upon arrival, check into your lodge or tented camp, with options to suit various budgets and preferences. Enjoy a delicious lunch, followed by a short relaxation period.
In the afternoon, embark on an Ol Pejeta game drive in an open-roof 4×4 safari vehicle with an experienced guide. Tsavo West is known for its diverse landscapes, including volcanic hills, open plains, and the scenic Mzima Springs. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species.
Visit the Shetani Lava Flow, a striking black lava field created by volcanic activity, and take a short walk to explore its unique geological formations. As the day draws to a close, capture the stunning wildlife and landscapes bathed in the golden light of the setting sun. Return to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Start the day with an early breakfast and check out from your accommodation. Travel towards Tsavo East National Park, separated from Tsavo West by the Mombasa Highway. Once inside, explore Tsavo East’s expansive plains, focusing on its distinct features such as the Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, or the Athi River.
The morning will be spent enjoying wildlife sightings, including elephants, lions, and the park’s rich birdlife. If time allows, explore Chyulu Hills or visit the iconic Rhino Valley, home to a population of black rhinos.
After a fulfilling morning, bid farewell to Tsavo and either return to Nairobi or continue to Mombasa for your next adventure.
