Safari Day 1: Travel from Nairobi to Masai Mara

• Early morning departure from Nairobi to the legendary Maasai Mara (approximately 5-6 hours drive).
• Enjoy breathtaking views as you travel through the Great Rift Valley escarpment and its impressive physical features.
• Stopover at a scenic viewpoint to admire the stunning landscape and capture photos of the Great Rift Valley. You can also interact with local artisans and purchase handmade souvenirs while learning about the myths and legends of how the Rift Valley was formed.
• Arrive at the Maasai Mara in time for a refreshing lunch at your camp/lodge.
• Embark on your first thrilling afternoon game drive, exploring the reserve’s rich wildlife until sunset.
• Return to your camp/lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Safari Day 2: “Big-five exploration”

• Begin the day with an early morning game drive to catch wildlife at their most active.
• Enjoy a packed breakfast while out on the safari.
• Return to your lodge/camp for lunch and relax during the midday hours.
• Embark on another late afternoon game drive, to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino).
• Experience the breathtaking Mara sunset before returning to the lodge/camp for a hearty dinner.

Safari Day 3: “Wildlife and Culture” Full Day

• After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch.
• Explore the wonders of the reserve, such as the famous wildebeest migration, often called the “8th Wonder of the World,” which occurs between July and October.
• Spot the Big Five and other wildlife in the safety of your open-roof vehicle.
• Enjoy a bush picnic lunch while viewing hippos and crocodiles at the Hippo Pool.
• As the day ends, capture stunning photographs of the Mara sunset before returning to your lodge/camp for dinner under the stars and an overnight stay.

Safari Day 4: Depart to Nairobi

• After a delicious breakfast, check out from your camp/lodge.
• Optional visit to the Maasai Cultural Village (guest’s expense) to learn about the Maasai people and their unique way of life, living harmoniously with wildlife.
• Enjoy lunch at a selected restaurant along the way to Nairobi.
• Drop off at your hotel/airport to conclude the safari.
