The Ideal Safari.
Begin your safari adventure with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi and head to Masai Mara (approximately 5-6 hours’ drive). The journey follows the Mai Mahiu-Narok route, winding through the spectacular Great Rift Valley.

Stop briefly at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for photos and the chance to purchase handmade souvenirs from local artisans, who will share fascinating myths and legends about how the Rift Valley was formed.
Arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your camp/lodge. After a refreshing meal, set out on an afternoon game drive for an unforgettable wildlife experience. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five: lions, African elephants, leopards, Cape buffaloes, and rhinos. As the sun sets over the Mara, return to your lodge/camp for dinner and rest.
Kairi Tours and Safaris owns Rhino Tourist Camp, a budget-friendly tented camp near the Oloolaimutia Gate of the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Start the day with a delectable breakfast and head out to witness the sunrise over the savannah, catching the animals in their most active states—some foraging for food while others retire after a night of hunting. Visit the Mara River, the site of the Great Wildebeest Migration (July to October), and watch the incredible scenes of predators and prey battling for survival.
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch amidst the rolling plains of the Mara, surrounded by wildlife as far as the eye can see. After a day filled with adventure and incredible wildlife encounters, return to your camp/lodge for dinner and rest.

After breakfast, check out of your camp/lodge. You may choose to visit a Maasai Cultural Village (at your expense) to learn firsthand how the Maasai people coexist with wildlife, before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately a 5-hour drive).
Arrive at Lake Nakuru, check into your lodge/budget hotel, and enjoy a delicious lunch. Relax and enjoy the amenities of your accommodation as you settle in for the night, in preparation for an early morning game drive.

Wake up early for breakfast and check out before heading on a morning game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. Witness the spectacular sight of thousands of pink flamingos, pelicans, and a variety of other bird species along the lake’s shores. Spot wildlife such as black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, lions, Cape buffaloes, and more.
After your game drive, continue to Lake Naivasha (approximately 1.5 hours away). Upon arrival, check into your lodge/hotel and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a guided boat ride on Lake Naivasha, followed by a nature walk on Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, where you can walk among animals like giraffes, buffaloes, and zebras. Return to your lodge/hotel for dinner and enjoy the sunset over the lake.

Start the day with breakfast before checking out of your lodge/hotel and heading to Hell’s Gate National Park. Known for its dramatic scenery, including towering cliffs, gorges, and volcanoes, the park offers activities such as bike riding, hiking, and exploring nature trails. You may also spot wildlife such as Klipspringer antelope and Chandler’s mountain reedbuck.
