I recently went to the Masai Mara & Amboseli recently on a safari arranged by Kairi tours & safaris,and i was so amazed by the service that i got.After reading lily602's post/review i was very skeptical about booking with them but they surprised me.First their packages were very pocket friendly, secondly they gave very knowledgeable tour guides who seemed to know everything about the parks and the animals.I cant wait to go back to Kenya and i will use kairi tours & travels..i would recommend them to anyone travel to the Masai Mara or Kenya.

I recently visited my daughter in Kenya and we wanted to do a safari - The initial cost for a two night safari looked to be $1500 for the two of us - fortunately an internet search brought us to Kairi Tours which charged us just under $600. We were able to make reservations online and the office was very good at emailing back quickly to answer all our questions. Initially they asked for a percentage down in cash but when I explained I would be charged $50 to wire it to them they let me pay the amount upon arrival. They came and picked us up at the front door of the house we were staying at and there were 5 others in a 10 person van. Our driver was Charles and i would request him if you can. Safe driver (which can be hard to find in Kenya), quick with a smile , knows where to find animals and very knowledgeable. The itinerary is the exact same as many of the more expensive safaris - the accommodations at the Rhino Camp were very good considering where you are. Very clean, flush toilets and sinks/showers in each tent. the food is good and they have a massage therapist, Lilly who can work out your sore areas for about $20/hr - we were able to take a Masai village Tour which i highly recommend. All in all we saw so many animals - all the big % except the Rhino and it was all so wonderful. A trip I will always treasure!

We just arrived from our 2 weeks long vacation in Kenya, where 1 week was Safari with Kairi. I never experienced such a professional attitude abroad. Since the beginning of our conversation i received quick and clear answers to my questions. Before departure to Kenya I asked Kairi if it would be possible to book SGR train tickets from Nairobi to Mombasa, because it was not possible to do online from our country. I got booking confirmation within couple days. It was very important to count with all of that would work fine, because we had other booked plans in Mombasa so we would not have to deal with any issues, which would cost us money. After arrival at the airport at 3am there was a person to take care of us. In their office we were welcomed with hug and smile. We also had to exchange money and we got person to walk with us. It was great to feel safe all the time. Safari was amazing, with all the accommodation provided as per itinerary, also food was provided as promised. Joe spoke English and explained us a lot. They took care of us with all transportation to the airport and train with even reminder we will be picked up next day. After our arrival I received sms (more than 1 week after we did Safari) if the rest of stay in Kenya was nice. Our vacation was extraordinary and we were happy to meet Kairi people, who took such a great care of us!!

WReally enjoyed our trip and stay the food was great as well. Our driver was the best,well-informed and entertaining .Always helpfula and good company. About the food, we had a baby and vegetarians and everyone was catered for.Keep Up the Good work!

These folks are very flexible; they can customize a safari experience to your budget, from your vehicle to the hotels and lodges where you stay at various points along the way. They can provide a driver for you, or you can just rent a vehicle from them, but I strongly recommend that you take advantage of their drivers' expertise. Our driver was outstanding: knowledgeable, considerate, excellent driver, multi-lingual (including near-perfect English), and empathetic to our specific itinerary needs (visiting family along the way). I cannot recommend this company highly enough: Excellent in every way

I was enjoyed there 3nights and 4days. I was really lucky guy. Because i met a girl in Kenya. She is working in this company. Her name is Mueni. If you want to go to Safari? You have to tell her. She will help you. Above all, we have to need trust each other. Do you need trust? Call her. And find her. Any way i stayed at rhino lodge with my 2 friends. We were really enjoyed. Food was nice, staffs were very kindly, Driver he was lovely guy. Sorry. I am not a gay. He did best for us. I traveled to 34 countries. Thats why i know your mind. Travelers should keep a budget. Thats why i am telling you. You have to find this company and her.

I am traveling to Kenya on 25th July 2015 and so far i have very high regards for kairi travels. I always wanted to go for a local agency than an international one as they anyways subcontract it to the locals and so far i found this agency very professional. Paul/Ann and Elizabeth were very helpful in accommodation our every request and their response was prompt. Will update you on the trip if my expectations were met. My major concern is hotel rooms and the driver as you need to have a patient and well informed driver for such a safari and ofcourse a good 4 x 4 comfortable vehicle as we are traveling with a kid. I hope they live upto my expectations. More when i return.
